Can I purchase any item safely?


We do not collect any banking/card information. All banking info is used by Square Card payments and Paypal systems. You information is 100% safe and private.




Do you collect personal or card info?


We do not collect, share or use any personal/client information in our database unless customer create his/her own profile to be updated for new arrivals, deals, offers. Our profile/log in database requires email/address for shipping purpose ONLY.




When can I have my item?


We use USPS regular and Express services. Express service takes 1-3 days and Regular service is between 5-7 days. International shipping is available and we use USPS international package service which takes 10-20 days depends on location. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time (items generally take 1-2 business days to process).




How can I track my order?


You can log in your profile and track your order thru your shopping profile. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the 'track order' option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.




Want to ship internationally?


We ship almost all over the world, Please be patient with your international order which may take 10-45 days depends on your location.

How is Return process?


We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: Below are some examples of common exceptions. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use Returned items after 30 days.




How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?


Once Item is returned to our warehouse, Your refund will be given within 15-20 days. Store credits within 3 days.




Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay?


No, We provide free return label, Unless customer choose his/she own shipping method (express or regular) We do not recommend this.




Did you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item and want to replace it with the same item?


We will replace your item with new one if we have in stock, if not we will refund you back.
