Shipping Policy

We use USPS regular and Express services. Express service takes 1-3 days and Regular service is between 5-7 days.

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time (items generally take 1-2 business days to process).

How can I track my order?

You can log in your profile and track your order thru your shopping profile.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the 'track order' option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.

What you should know:


  • We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.

  • You will not be charged for items purchased with a gift card, e-gift card and/or credit card until the items have been shipped. You will be charged for items purchased with PayPal or Virtual Debit Card immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Customer pays return fee

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

The following are add-ons with more information that you may want to include.

  • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit? - Once Item is returned to our warehouse, Your refund will be given within 15-20 days. Store credits within 3 days.

  • Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay? No, We provide free return label, Unless customer choose his/she own shipping method (express or regular) We do not recommend this.

  • For International returning, Customer pays return fee.

  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay? No.

  • How you handle lost returns? We investigate for lost items and communicate with shipping carrier until the case solves. If not, within 45 days we refund. 

  • Did you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item and want to replace it with the same item? We will replace your item with new one if we have in stock, if not we will refund you back.

  • Is your order missing an item or part and you want a refund or replacement? Contact us, we will help with all process
